Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the LANTTARA SL website ("Website") and engaging our consultancy services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully.

2. Consultancy Services LANTTARA SL provides consultancy services as described on our Website or agreed upon in written proposals or Statements of Work ("SOW"). Changes in service scope require written mutual agreement.

3. Payment Terms Fees for our consultancy services are detailed in proposals or SOWs. Payments are due within 30 days from invoice issuance. Late payments may be subject to an interest charge of 1.5% per month.

4. Confidentiality Both LANTTARA SL and our clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information exchanged during the consultancy engagement, except where the information is publicly available or already known.

5. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property developed or provided by LANTTARA SL remains our exclusive property unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use provided materials solely for internal business purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability LANTTARA SL’s liability in relation to the provided services will be limited to the total fees paid by the client for those specific services. LANTTARA SL shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Termination Either party may terminate the consultancy engagement with a written notice of 30 days. Clients are obligated to pay for services rendered and expenses incurred up to the termination date.

8. Force Majeure LANTTARA SL will not be liable for any delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, governmental actions, or internet disruptions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

10. General Provisions These Terms constitute the complete agreement between LANTTARA SL and our clients regarding our consultancy services and replace all prior agreements. Modifications to these Terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
