Lanttara's team accumulate over 30 years of experience helping biotech, CROs, and small pharmaceutical companies succeed. We've built strong sales teams, launched new products worldwide, and formed strategic partnerships.

We started this project because we saw how challenging it is for small biotech startups and spin-offs to grow beyond the early stages. Our goal is simple: help these innovative companies bridge the gap from being small, organic businesses to becoming structured, efficient, and ready to scale.

Ana Caballero has a strong foundation in pharmaceutical research, she spent six years as a researcher at leading institutions in Italy and the UK. Her work included collaborations with major industry and governmental  players such as L'Oréal and the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA). After transitioning into business development, she supported biotech companies in shaping growth strategies and building high-performing commercial teams in the European, British and American market. Ana brings a unique approach that combines  combines a deep understanding of science with practical sales and business expertise.
