Refund Policy
A legal disclaimer
Lanttara provides private client and owner representation services that are tailored to each client’s specific needs. Because our services involve time, expertise, and ongoing operational commitment, the following refund policy applies.
1. Monthly Retainers
Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance and cover the professional time, availability, and operational capacity reserved for each client.
Once a billing period has begun, retainer fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses to terminate services during that period.
2. One-Time Services & Projects
Fees for one-time services (such as property setup, project oversight, or onboarding) are non-refundable once work has started, as resources, planning, and third-party coordination are immediately committed.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing written notice in accordance with the terms of their service agreement. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs (such as vendors, contractors, legal or accounting services, or travel expenses) paid on behalf of a client are not refundable, as these are outside Lanttara’s control.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at Lanttara’s sole discretion.
